Kodachrome Slide of the Day - Lady and the centipede
This slide from the early 60s has Lady and the centipede written on it. I would love to know the story behind this. Is it real? Did she find it in her food ? Why does she look so pleased at her find? The pattern on her sleeves kinda looks bug-like to me so maybe this is a party for entomologists.

Kodachrome Slide of the day - looking at slides
I just love this photo. It is what I do several times a day. I own several different slide and photo viewers but my aging eyes seem to work best with holding them up to a light source with a magnifying glass. I don't know the location of this shot but I'm going to guess Italy. if you recognize the building, I would love to know what it is.
